Select the floor plan and homesite

Review our community specific documents & formalize your Purchase & Sale with your Attorney
You should already have an idea of how much you can afford. You now want begin the formal process of choosing a lender, determining the how much you want to borrow, what the interest rate will be and the length of your loan. This will help you during the next step.

Schedule your Design Selection Meeting for the finishes in your home
Habitech communities has many styles of homes and townhomes to choose from. We have a large selection of homes with varying sizes and layouts. When you choose your home we can customize the layout to suit your family's needs. A Habitech communities house comes with many wonderful features but we also have many options to choose from that will transform your new house into your dream home.

Secure Your financing-we are always happy to provide preferred lender contacts
Your sales contract or Purchase and Sale Agreement will specify the Agreement between you and Habitech communities about what home we are building you along with the site plan, specifications, agreed price, and delivery date of your new home. It will also include information on the home warranty. You should review the Purchase and Sale carefully and have an Attorney review it as well. A Habitech communities sales representative will also be able to answer any questions you may have

Habitech commences necessary permitting, construction & schedules on site visits during the build process
Once the Purchase and Sale Agreement is fully executed, Habitech communities will apply for the necessary permits required and begin construction of your new home. Your Agreement will specify the expected amount of time the construction process will take. This is an exciting time as you watch your new home take shape.
